Dear Sir/Madam,

We have the pleasure to present to your attention the official invitation to participate in the XI edition of the International Media Events 2005, lead from the 1st to 5th June in the Bulgarian Black Sea resort Albena.

For 11 years this media forum has the purpose to attract for participation media from Central and East Europe and the Black Sea area. This meeting is unique for the reason that this is the only place on the old continent, where professionals from different media get together. They compete for winning The International Media Awards for news, show, radio, press, web and advertising media planning. In the course of the events there is an Exhibition, where participants negotiate for programs, where the newest technologies in the media industry are presented, accompanied by seminars and promotions. The last year in Albena resort met and worked together representatives from 30 countries and more than 300 companies.

We would like to inform you that from this year we introduce new elements in our working structure.

We have found completely new Organization Committee of specialists with interests and experience in managing international events. Like in the previous years in the Events are going to take part owners and managers of media and companies, journalists, producers, buyers and sellers, artists, radio specialists, editors, professionals in the field of advertising, internet suppliers, web designers and engineers.

Many positives changes were made in the regulations of the different festivals and the total duration of the Events is shortened to 5 days. Strict regulations for preliminary selection are set, from now one producer can participate with maximum 2 programs in one category. The programs are going to be appraised by international jury and the results audited by KPMG.

In order to improve the attendance, the accommodation and the protocol for the time of the Events are going to be led by Albena resort and its tour operation company.
